It’s very simple to edit any vector illustration: replace shapes, change color, resize, rotate, join with other shapes.
Vector files can be opened in different drawing program, for example: Corel Draw, PMView, Quark, Xara, Macromedia Freehand, and of course Any Adobe Software Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop etc. can be used to open and edit vectors. Illustrator CS3 my certain decision!
