It’s so elementary to modify – remove elements, change size, add something new, change color, rotate. Vector illustrations can be edited in many computer art programs, for example: Corel Draw, Quark, Xara, Macromedia Freehand, PMView, and surely All Adobe programs Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator etc. can be used to open and edit vectors. As for me, I prefer yo use Illustrator CS3!
