It’s so elementary to customize – recolor, rotate, join with other shapes, resize, replace shapes. Vector illustrations can be opened in many drawing program, for example: Xara, PMView, Quark, Corel Draw, Flash, and certainly Any Adobe Software Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop etc. can be used to open and edit vectors.
